Great, small place to stay for trips to the dog beach. The only negative was that the bed and pull out couch are both pretty uncomfortable. Other than that, it’s a cozy place in a good location. Everything was clean. Easy check in and out. Our kids and dogs enjoyed!

Sofa bed was terribly uncomfortably and could not use Needed dish towels and knives they you could cut with - the 3 that were there barely cut veggies also microwave safe large glass bowls and dishesHeat was useless unless you stood in front of heaterHost was wonderful very responsive
