Perfect location. Close to shops and up the road a wonderful walk track, Bens walk track is called which have a nice 3k adventure along the river.
I think the coffee machine is missing a filter basket attachment onto the portafilter handle. The one that's in the handle has no holes to resemble a filter, which that's normally used to backwash & flush the machine to clean. Wasn't a problem, just want to give a heads up before the next occupiers wanted to use.

Beautiful large house in good condition. Excellent furniture. Large backyard. Aesthetically decorated. Swings in the backyard and extra toilet in the laundry.
No microwave. We stayed 4 days and would have loved a microwave to heat/reheat food & coffee. Killed 3 cockroaches in the bathroom & kitchen, perhaps house had not been lived in for a while.
