The crown jewel (and largest unit in the building) is right next door to the church on main...and walking distance to family-friendly activities, the best restaurants in town, nightlife, and free public transport. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the neighborhood, 25' ceilings, spacious open floor plan, rooftop deck, urban winery, and exposed brick. Walking distance to everything on Main St and blocks from downtown.

The loft was a perfect place to stay for a quick friends getaway to Chattanooga. It was very eclectically decorated and definitely in walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops. The only downfall was it was a little loud being right next to a fire station, and the water pressure wasn’t great, but overall a great place!

Robert is a fantastic host, being both communicative and flexible. The loft is a fun place to relax (or wander around and look at everything). If we're in the Chattanooga area again, we'll definitely book another stay.

Great property, location and wonderful host. I would definitely stay here again if back in the area. Walking distance to a great area of Chattanooga, full of restaurants and night life, while the loft was private and quiet. Robert provided timely responses to a few questions we had, including some great local recommendations.

We had a great experience, and the host was super accommodating and even helped us retrieve some items left behind a month after our stay. Overall, a fun, artsy spot in a walkable area on the south side…would stay there again without question.

Fabulous stay! Robert was such a great host and his property was so fun, clean, and well maintained! Our family did a spur of the moment one night stay to see Rock City lights and happened upon this listing….what a blessing! We will definitely book here again when in Chattanooga!

Our family of 4 spent 3 nights in this one-of-a-kind property. The property itself was a delight to all of us, especially the 20 yo and the 16 yo. So much to look at on the walls, floor, and ceiling! Would definitely stay here again!

This place seems neat when you first walk in, but then the faults start to show up. It's on the 3rd floor of a noisy building with a bar downstairs that plays loud music late at night. A fire station across the street, no insulation, loud traffic and train noise throughout the night. Very low water pressure such that it's hard to take a shower. The owner told me that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It only has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with a bed in the living room. Maybe okay for a group of young party people, but terrible for everyone else, especially for senior citizens such as myself. When watching the TV at night, it kept shutting off with the note that too many TVs were running at the same time. The owner did furnish plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Ted Showalter

We fell in love with the place! The host was very responsive, it was in an amazing location - short walk to great entertainment and restaurants. Loved everything about it and will definitely book if available for our next visit!

At first glance I was a little worried… But the longer we were there the more fun it was. We spent so much time looking at your walls and everything on them and wondering how anyone could collect so many different things I gave you a lower grade on cleanliness… We know it’s very hard to clean brick and wooden shelves. the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and that’s what really counts.

We were a group of three friends and we loved this loft! It had everything you needed and the location is perfect. We walked everyone for the most part. We drove once to rock city which was a quick 15 min drive. The host was super communicative and gave us lots of great recommendations for the area. Clean space and super comfy beds! Will stay here again for sure.

We so enjoyed our stay in Roberts loft as many have before us. There were thank you notes everywhere. Robert was a great host. He gave us several restaurant recommendations, and they were all great. He even led us to a vegetarian place for our daughter to try. Perfect location to get out and roam around the downtown area. Very walkable. We felt safe. Fountainhead taproom is next door. That was a plus for us.

Downtown Chattanooga exceeded our expectations...not as much, however, as Robert's loft/apartment. The spacious abode was filled with the most eclectic collections. Every time we entered (or exited) the rental, we observed something different. A really cool venue within walking distance of a plethora of shops, restaurants and bars. The host has made sure that everything you need is on hand. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends. Thanks, again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this loft. Great location with local bar and restaurant options. The loft’s decor is so much fun, you could spend hours looking and reading everything. Stocked with everything you could possibly need, feels like you are a guest in someone’s home. The parking lot across the street is convenient as is accessing the building and the loft itself. Robert provides you with a thorough message prior to checking in with all the details for your stay as well as restaurant suggestions. We ended up changing our dinner plans just so we could try one of Robert’s suggestions and so glad we did. We would definitely consider this loft again when traveling back to Chattanooga.

We loved this property!! A unique building…the decor was so eclectic…variety of old and new. My in-laws were with us…they are antique dealers and we loved looking at everything! This location was perfect!! Robert was a great host…gave us lots of ideas for restaurants, things to do!! We had a great experience here!!

We met my parents for a few day get away. The place comfortably slept the 4 of us. Communication with Robert was excellent and the place is within walking to many dining options and the heart of downtown. Loved it! There is an elevator in the building which helped accommodate all the luggage and senior citizens.

We enjoyed our stay at this interesting loft. The property has an interior that is a work art. Everywhere you look there are unusual things on every wall, door, and hanging from the ceiling. The property is just minutes way from everything you what to experience in Chattanooga.

Nothing negative overall as the location was great, had everything we needed and the loft is just as it looks in the pictures. We did stay on St. Patrick's Day (not on purpose) which was good for dinner downstairs but not for going to bed early. It is in the city so you have to expect the city sound. Would gladly stay here again.

We loved the location of the loft. It was in a wonderful location that allowed walking to the many restaurants and spots we wanted to visit while in Chattanooga. The decor is fun and quirky and there was great communication prior to and during the stay. Would definitely recommend it!

This property is fantastic we loved everything about it. It was my self my husband and out teen boys that stayed for a week in December. What we loved the most is all the love Robert has for this property it’s obvious when you look around. You will rest easy knowing the owner has made sure you are well taken care of. The property had a fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, and blankets as well as a washer and dryer. The check in process was easy. The day we arrived it was unusually cold, it was actually snowing. Robert made sure the apartment was warm and we were comfortable during our stay. We loved all the recommendations Robert gave us all the nearby restaurants were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.
