Mooi appartement, ruim.
Ruim balkon met een geweldig uitzicht over de bergen.
Een goede douche.
Zag er goed verzorgd uit.
Het tweepersoonsbed op de 1e slaapkamer. Kraakte enorm en redelijk dun matras. Verder 1 hoofdkussen(over de hele breedte) voor 2 personen vonden wij onhandig.
Verder de communicatie: gebeld voor hulp omdat er 2 essentiële wegen waren afgesloten, geen directe hulp maar verwijzen naar chatbot.
Verder vrij dwingende communicatie vanuit Nirvana over check-in en checkout viel op, niet klantvriendelijk.
En ook beter om te vermelden dat er in t dorpje in de zomer weinig restaurants en supermarkten open zijn. Dan kun je onderweg al inkopen doen.

Como toque de atención la cama de matrimonio en la habitación primera hace ruido y deberían de solucionarlo, cuando te mueves hace mucho ruido no se puede descansar bien

La decoración y mobiliario era precioso y muy acogedor.
Estaba lleno de hormigas y a pesar de llamar para quejarnos no aportaron solución, ni siquiera nos facilitaron algún tipo de insecticida.
