What a wonderful apartment!
1minute walk to the beach out front. Also 2-5mins walk to a few more beaches.
This is in a perfect location bordering the Old Town & newer neighbourhood.
Apartment was perfect!!!
2 x XLarge bedrooms with lots of cupboard space & balconies off bedrooms, all with side & front seaviews.
Great size bathroom, water pressure in shower was wonderful!!
Kitchen/dining was fantastic! Fridge/freezer worked well. Coffee pod machine with pods supplied was lovely.
There was oil, vinegar & salt satchets supplied too which came in handy for salads & seafood!
What a fabulous balcony!! The views were superb!! Views out to the Adriatic Sea & over to Old Town. It was just stunning!!
Apartment was very clean, we loved it!!!
3 x Aircon units. What a Godsend on those hot humid 35 degree days!!! Aircon works really well.
Less than 5 minute walk to the Old Town which is absolutely stunning.
Lots of wonderful restaurants, cafe's & shops everywhere & within 1-10mins walk!!
Breakfast was supplied at a nearby cafe for our first morning only & we loved it and returned every day!!
10min walk to the small food markets & to watch the fishing trawlers come in!
Absolutely recommend this apartment for your stay in Monopoli, its in THE BEST location with stunning views!!

Hermoso apartamento, súper equipado, los huéspedes han pensado en cada detalle para que no falte nada en la estadía, además de ser muy atentos y amables. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos del casco histórico, cerca de varios lugares para hacer compras. Vista al mar y accedes a todas las playas caminando (en el apartamento hay una sombrilla) Si bien fuimos en temporada alta y aveces había que dar un par de vueltas, no fue problema encontrar lugar para estacionar sin costo.

The location.
We booked and paid for two bedrooms but the owner locked the second bedroom which we did not have access to for a few days until we made a complaint to bookings.com. This was very sneaky and dissidence we specifically paid for two rooms. The second room was not prepared properly and was very dusty. There is also no where to relax in the apartment other than sitting at a kitchen table. There is no couch or lounge area and the apartment itself is not family friendly. There is also no washing machine or washing facilities so if not good if you are staying more than two days or with a child.
