Lovely location and beautiful views, attentive staff
Room was a little noisy as just above dining area - lots of moving of furniture in the morning woke you up very early. Quite difficult if you want/need to go into Pokhara

breakfast was wonderful enhanced by mountain views.
views from rooms are spectacular
the staff were very friendly
there could have been more information and maps on local walks; also ideas on transports options and costs to and from Pokhara.
Maps of Pokhara city would have been helpful.
The evening meals were ok but my friends reported that the meat was very tough - I appreciate that the meat was prepared Nepali style - bone, meat and skin all cooked together but maybe some more western options of filleted meat could have been highlighted. I only had fish which was good.
The welcome ceremony was a little OTT!
