Good quality furniture. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Good location. Relatively easy parking available.
Builing works going on beside the hotel but that is not the fault of the hotel. Just happened to be taking place and naturally that causes noise.

The balcony, but not all rooms have one.
The first room they assigned me had tiny flying insects, so I had to request a room change. There’s also a construction site next door, and the noise is quite unbearable.
