This is easily the best place you can stay at in Manchester. Extremely affordable, clean and quiet. Selena is a perfect host and is extremely accommodating for any needs. A quick tram ride and you're in the city centre, not to mention the short walk to Etihad stadium. Have stayed here a few times now, absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend!

Well-equipped, properly heated, pretty clean, and in a convenient location for public transport. The bed was okay, but nothing special
I didn’t like the marijuana smell coming from the first floor near my room, which made me uncomfortable. Toilet paper was limited and left in the guest room instead of the bathroom. The first-floor tenant was rude, and combined with the weed smell, it made me want to leave.

It was clean, comfortable and organised. The owner has perfectly laid out notes everywhere for help, but otherwise is very responsive if you’ve any questions. It’s a nice and quiet place
Everything was nice but I think the cancellation policy is very strict. It just allows few days window after your booking for cancellation

- Les transports type tramway.
- L'équipement est très bon (cuisine, netflix..).
- Les deux salles de bains.
- La propreté des lieux.
- Le contact avec le propriétaire.
- Le quartier n'est pas très fréquentable.
- L'état de certains murs et plafonds est à rafraîchir : il y a des tâches et fissures.
- L'isolation : on entend les voisins à l'extérieur et l'intérieur de la maison.
- Chambre petite si vous êtes en duo.
