Сам номер, который отличался чистотой. Даже известковый налёт со стекла в душе убирали. Каждый день замена полотенец и халатов (кстати для пляжа полотенце можно попросить дополнительно на ресепшене: оно не белое, а голубое). Хорошая стоимость проживания. Работники всегда были готовы пойти на контакт и помочь. Хорошо работал кондиционер и вообще не было технических вопросов ни с каким механизмом в номере (холодильник, телевизор).
"Талонная" система на еду. Маленький бассейн на крыше, который не был использован ни разу. Отсутствие общего пространства типа "чилл-зона" (на крыше вполне могло быть). Порой непродолжительные очереди к лифту. Лучше доплатить за вид (у нас был вид на старый

シービューの部屋にしたので海がよく見え、部屋でリラックスできました。
部屋の清掃が朝9時くらいに突然来ることがあり、困る時がありました。
中心地より離れているので、移動にはgrabが必須でした。

Location is great with so many restaurants and massage parlors closed by. The beach is just 5 minutes walk. The suite is large with fantastic view of the beach. AC works very well in both rooms and there is plenty of hot water available in the shower.
Breakfast buffet selections is average but the quality of the food needs improvement. The staff that cooks the eggs does not understand or speak english. In addition, she does not seems to practice first come first served basis. Shampoo and shower gel were placed in the sink counter because there is no place to put them in shower. We just moved them inside the shower on the floor for easy access. This is the first 4-star hotel that we have stayed that does not provide a box of tissue in the room. Overall, the hotel is decent but friendliness from staffs could use some improvement.
