Our property is located opposite the GOLD islands between Hyères, Bormes les Mimosas and Le Lavandou.
300m from Argentière beach, shops nearby. Secure private parking.
800m from the port of Miramar with restaurants, shops and all water sports and boats for the islands.
Provencal markets all year round as well as the nearby Valcros golf course (18 holes)

Très bel appartement, facile d'accès, confortable et bien adapté pour une famille de trois personnes. Logement très bien situé. En février la région est un peu "déserte" : mais le loueur n'y peut rien !

Pluspunkte des Objekts sind die Nähe zum Strand, der sehr schön ist und sowohl Sonnen- als auch natürliche Schattenplätze (ideal mit Kleinkindern) bietet und die nette Vermieterin.
Das Appartement ist mit allem notwendigen Inventar ausgestattet (an Sachen wie Geschirrtücher, Toilettenpapier etc. muss man aber selbst denken).
Die Küche ist gut nutzbar, der Herd ist neu und funktioniert hervorragend.
Ein richtiger Backofen ist nicht vorhanden, dafür ein Mikrowellenofen.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat sich gut gekümmert. Falls man ein Anliegen hat, sollte man sie auch besser direkt kontaktieren, denn die von ihr angegebene Kontaktperson reagiert (zumindest bei uns) nicht.
Leider ist das Appartement für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet. In den Innenräumen hängen überall Kabel und die Steckdosen sind frei zugänglich und nicht gesichert. Es gibt zwar ein Kinderbett (zu dessen Funktionalität wir nichts sagen können, da wir unseres mitgenommen hatten), leider passt jedoch keins ins Schlafzimmer. Wir mussten daher improvisieren.
Besonders ungünstig ist der Außenbereich. Der Rasen ist leider Kunstrasen und die Terrasse nicht aus Holz sondern aus Plastik. Beides heizt sich so schnell so enorm auf, dass man sich die Füße verbrennt. Man kann kleine Kinder daher draußen ab dem späten Vormittag nicht mehr herumlaufen lassen.
Fazit: als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Paare gut, für Kleinkinder aber leider ungeeignet.
