Ubicación perfecta para el colectivo LGTBI, personas bohemias, alternativas,hipster, Macarena y Gran Poder muy cerca,y calles como La Campana y Sierpes

Espacioso y centrico
Le faltaban utensilios básicos de la cocina,la terraza nada q ver con las fotografías
Pero todo de ellos por culpa del personal de limpieza

- Great location, with easy access to the main areas of the city.
- The apartment is spacious.
- The apartment is not well soundproofed, and since it is located on a very busy adjacent street, there is a lot of noise, especially at night.
- The sofa was very dirty and definitely needs to be cleaned or replaced.
- The furniture and equipment feel quite old-fashioned. This is a shame because the apartment has a lot of potential that is currently not fully exploited.
