Central location. Sea view is superb. Perfect for bus stop and tram stop.
Staff very good at point of entry. Bed clean and comfortable.
Could have been cleaner. Shower drain was choked. Possibly not reported by previous guests as when I reported it I was told it would be attended to. Amenities very sparse.

Location is great for the promenade and South Pier.
Baring in mind the budget price for the apartment, there was a decent kitchen setup, bed was comfortable, though as only a double size, was overly snug when used to a king size bed.
Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water.
Hotelier very friendly and polite.
The bar is a very pleasant area to relax and look out onto the seafront.
The apartment is looking ‘tired’, walls had some crumbling paint, and bathroom shower grouting blackened so felt less clean. Hopefully things that will be addressed as going into off season.
Cleaning felt like it had been light touch as there was a bag and chocolate wrapper still under the sofa bed in the room.
Despite having a large sea view, the patio doors let a continuous whistling sound through that we were told was the norm and to be expected, but with the Blackpool winds, made sleep more difficult.
As the apartments fridge is also in the open plan room, the repeating on/off cycle of the cooling added to noise during the night, making sleep more difficult.

"This apartment has so much space with 2 rooms, 4 beds and a living room/ kitchen in-between both rooms so allows privacy between you and your other peers.
