The house fit our needs with a park down the street that we walked to every day. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast and made one dinner meal. Convenient to restaurants and activities.

Very nice property, accommodations as described. More features than are required by 3 “guys” on a golfing trip but would be great for a family with children. We would stay there again.

My stay was great. Home was spacious and the rooms were perfect for the six of us. We loved the area and management was excellent with communicating. The home was clean. I only had one problem and that was the neighbor to the right of the home. She complained about the children being noisy and it was between 2:30 & 3pm. It was the middle of the afternoon and they children were enjoying the pool. We were only out for not even 3 hours. She complained about music being loud. Well I had a little beer can bluetooth speaker, how loud can that be? We only utilized the pool area one day during the stay. I just didn't say anything to her. Why would she have a step stool to look over the wall anyway? Sounds like she just wants to complain. I read a review before my stay and someone else said the same thing. I would recommend this home & rent again myself. Just ignore that neighbor especially if you are not breaking any rules.

The property was exactly as it was shown on VRBO. My family really enjoyed the stay. Communication was great with property manager. The only problem was the neighbor next door on the right. All she did was complaining about the children were loud & my music on my very small Bluetooth speaker she claimed was loud. Children will play especially when there's a pool they were excited. It was the middle of the day around 3pm and we only used the pool area one day. I turned the music down could barely hear it. She kept stepping on her step stool to look over & complain. She was very rude & nasty with us. I just looked at her & said nothing. That was crazy to me to have a stepping stool to look over. Seems she does this each time there are renters. I saw the same issue is someone else's review. Other than that I truly enjoyed the stay.

Excellent place to stay — 1 king, 2 queens, 2 full bunk beds, and 1 twin bed. Makes for lots of room for people to stay in comfortably. Pool, backyard, and living spaces were lovely and comfortable. Would recommend without condition!

We moved our son down for college and stayed at Sandland. House was clean and location was great. Enjoyed the pool and pool table for sure. Only complaint was the yard survive showing up Saturday at 6:30am with their loud equipment. Also looked as all the debri was blown in the pool so the husband had a tough time cleaning it out. Other then that would definitely stay again.

Charming and Comfortable Home in Scottsdale

The neighborhood was great, seemed very safe. House was spacious and well laid out. Easy check in and few chores required to check out but no big deal. Pool has no deep end it’s about 4 1/2 ft deep everywhere. The pool cleaner is hooked up into skimmer 24/7 except we had to remove and put back when we used pool. Hot tub was slimy and stunk like dead fish. I reported problem to property contact and he advised cleaners to clean it. They put chemicals in the hot tub but the hot tub was still dirty with debris and murky water. I didn’t complain again as we were busy so we didn’t use the hot tub. In the house rules it was written air conditioning only can be set to 70 due to air conditioner freezing. On check in instructions it advised air-conditioner could only be set to 75. The thermostat would only stay at 75 for short period of time and reset back to 85. unless you kept resetting thermostat the house was hot and stuffy. House was moderately stocked. I would advised bringing your own pool towels as there wasn’t enough for everyone. There was one bath towel per person.

Sandyland was a PERFECT haven for my family and cousins to stay while in town for our cousin’s wedding. Coffee shops and many stores relatively walkable (though the heat is real). The pool is gorgeous and the backyard is very pleasant. Small kids are very protected from the pool area, which was perfect for our curious 4 year old. Even the door leading out to the pool has a handle that’s high to prevent small kids from wandering out on their own. There is also a gate with a child-proof handle. We had a wonderful time. The main bedroom with attached bathroom is gorgeous. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. The house had great energy and we are already talking about returning to stay again.

I paid the deposit April 4, I never heard from the management company. I started sending emails ( their preferred communication ) two weeks prior to our visit. I did not hear anything back until I calleed them three days before our scheduled arrival. They sent sent me instructions and told me the owner would contact me 48 hrs before arrival. I did not hear from him until 12 hrs before arrival. This was stressfull for fear we would show up with no information. When we arrived at the home, the pool was dirty , I called and texted the owner, once again NO response. Apparently , he did send a pool maintenance person the next day however we had no idea DUE to lack of communication.
The house is a fun house for families, there is a lot of ways to have fun and play

This 4 bed, 3 bath home is in a great location in Scottsdale. The home was very clean, had great amenities such as a pool table, darts, pool (not heated), and hot tub. Our kids had so much fun! There is room for some minor improvements but overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed the home. The owners are wonderful to work with and communicate very quickly.
