It's our second time staying at this location...perfect spot to climatize for a big race and tons of close by hiking, running and biking options. Everything you really need right at the Solitude village... I'm sure we'll be back again!

The condo was the perfect home base for our ski trip. The location was ideal for accessing both Solitude and Brighton. The condo is in great shape and outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing more accommodating than the unit itself was the host, who was quick to answer any questions and make sure that we had a great stay!

We enjoyed staying at this property so close to the base of Solitude. We could easily drive over to Brighton for a day trip. Property was just as described in listing. Beds were comfortable.

Condo was in great condition. Very clean and modern. Very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Owner was super helpful and communicative. Loved the location. Oustanding info/instructions on condo ammenities. The gear dryer in the closet was a major plus. Loved the on-site hot tub and access to club solitude. Definitely will stay here again on next trip.

The unit was updated and clean. Beds and sheets were great. The condo was a little cold even after talking to units owner for tips. I would have liked a tea pot and humidifiers like our adult children had in their unit. I would go back.

Five stars all around! The unit itself was super convenient to the village and skiing, with well thought out amenities, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, great TV/sound bar set up.
The building has its own hot tub, or walk next door to the gym/heated pool/hot tub area.
Indoor parking a huge plus- no need to heat car/remove snow on getaway day.
The owner was amazingly accommodating and responsive and was able to provide early check in/late check out due to the unit’s availability and cleaner’s timing. Super nice guy, cant wait to stay here again for our next visit- wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

My family recently stayed at Randy's place, and we have nothing but good things to say about the condo. The condo is conveniently located within a few minutes walking distance of the Apex lift. It is also centrally located to everything within Solitude Village. The condo was very clean throughout, and everything within it seemed to be of higher quality. Many times you can go into a rental and see that the owner(s) skimped on the furnishings or amenities to save a buck or two. That didn't seem to be the case with this condo which we greatly appreciated. Also, the ski gear heater/dryer was a game changer. That should be a required amenity in any ski condo!!! Also, Randy was kind enough to arrange for 7 feet of snow to drop on Solitude within the past week or so which made our ski trip AWESOME!!!
In all seriousness, if you are looking for a great place to stay at Solitude, you won't be going wrong staying here.

We enjoyed the condo! It was a super short walk to the base of Solitude for skiing. The restaurants within walking distance were fantastic! One smaller hot tub in the building, two larger ones a short walk away. Make sure you get groceries before heading up. Evolve sent great emails with all the necessary information.

Great place if you want to ski Solitude, it's right at the base village a short 2 minutes walk to the lifts. The apartment is fantastic and has everything you may need, and the building has it's own hot tub, but the Solitude club in only a 2 minute walk and it has a heated pool, game room, theater and may other amenities. We skied with 2 kids and the walk to the lifts was easy, and we even walked to and back from the club in our swimwear in the middle of winter, that is how close everything is to the condo. Randy was a fantastic host, super easy to communicate and he went out of his way to help us and answer any questions we had. I am a host myself and can see the effort he puts into everything and would recommend the house and the host anyday.

We had the best time staying here. The location couldn’t be better. The owner communicated promptly and was very organized. We can’t say enough good things about this property and our time there. We can’t wait to go back.

The only bad experience was all of the fees. The total did not come in close to what the nightly rate advertised as. When you add up all of the fees it felt like a bate and switch.

Perfect Solitude
Everything was perfect. Communication was excellent. Unit was very clean, quiet, and everything was as stated. Parking was easy, ski storage convenient, beds were very comfortable, facilities were great. Easy access to lift. We would stay here again.

This was a beautiful condo and it had a great location for skiing at Brighton or Solitude. It was very clean and was well stocked. The issue that we had was that the there wasn’t any central heat ( which we were unaware of until just prior to arrival). It had a gas fireplace in the living room (with no fan) and electric baseboard heat in the bedrooms. Which meant no direct heat in the bathrooms. To be fair, when I and my granddaughter came back from skiing with our ski pants and baselayers on, the place felt fine. However, my wife doesn’t ski and we found her huddled around the fireplace to stay warm. We keep our own house at a calibrated 73 (we like it a bit warm) so vacationing at a ski resort with no central heat and no direct heat in the bathroom was a bit of a shock. The bathrooms weren’t freezing and the fireplace can keep the main area of the condo warm enough if you dress for it, but there is a definite thermal gradient. You have to keep the family room hot to keep the kitchen warm. FYI, We were told that all the condo’s in this facility have the same heating system design. Mattress are a personal taste, but felt pretty firm to us.

Wonderful condo and beautiful resort
We recently stayed at the condo for our ski vacation and had a wonderful time. The condo was very well appointed, nicely decorated, furniture was new and very comfortable and had everything we need for preparing meals and such. We enjoyed the amenities at Club Solitude, especially the hot tubs and liked that the shuttle stop was near by to take us to Moonbeam lodge for our children's ski lessons.
The ski locker was very helpful as well so we did not have to carry all of our gear (fits skis fine).
I would recommend this property for families who are looking for a very nice mountain vacation and hope to visit Solitude Mountain in the future.

We loved the property - very comfortable and great location! The manager accommodated as needed, but honestly he wasn't needed much as check in was smooth and we had everything we needed in the condo. Beautiful Weekend and beautiful property. I will happily rent again.

The property was perfect - very clean and very well appointed! Super spot at the Solitude resort… we really enjoyed are stay there!!

Very clean and comfortable, a little warm with no AC but was able to manage with the evening mountain air. Property is ground level even though its on 2nd floor and does not have a mountain view. but overall would stay there again.

Probelms with missing key
When we arrived at the condo at approx. 8:00pm on 7/9 we went to the lockbox as directed and there was not a key inside. We called the owners and left a message on both phone numbers listed. They called us back quickly and said this has never happened before. The owner made some phone calls and within about a half hour a gentleman at the resort was able to make us a key card. The biggest problem with this is we had two young children with us who were ready for dinner and we were planning on making them dinner as soon as we checked in. We ended up going back down the canyon and getting them pizza. The condo was what we expected and was nice EXCEPT we went to microwave some popcorn and the microwave was disgustingly dirty, as in the was grease all over, so we did not use it.
