Loved everything about snooze, all the staff were super friendly & helpful. Spoke amazing English & helped to organise our Mount Ijen tour & our transfer to Bali. We stayed in a private room and it was really nice.

Such an amazing hostel, so clean with such nice communal areas to relax outside of your room. The staff were unbelievable, they were so friendly and couldn’t do more to make our stay as comfortable as possible
