La ubicación muy buena. El apartamento es amplio, y el garaje imprescindible. Hay ascensor y tiene cerca un Carrefour y una hamburguesería.

Las camas de las habitaciones pequeñas un poco incómodas, y además estas habitaciones eran muy oscuras, no tienen luz en el techo, sólo lámpara de mesilla. Si vas con más de un coche, es todo zona azul, y bastante concurrida.

La ubicación y el parking.

El elevado precio no justifica la incomodidad de las camas, la ausencia de utensilios de cocina, la falta de mantenimiento en el mobiliario del salón y cocina; las cortinas arrastran 1 metro por el suelo, la TV es diminuta. Los armarios son los más endebles y pequeños del mercado. La iluminación de la casa es muy deficitaria, particularmente la de las habitaciones.
