Really worth every minute we were there

The place had a great setup. The best thing was the free use of the ski depot at the slopes. We didn’t have to drag our skis and boots back with us every day. That made the whole thing worth it. Really nice staff and being in the ground floor was super convenient for us. Our kids also really enjoyed it.

There was a group of guys there on a guy trip and sometimes at night they were loud but it didn’t bother us too much.

Lovely owners who greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome This is a stunning apartment, very clean, large and it has fabulous views It's near one of the main lifts and only a short walk from town

Exceptional

As the first Chinese guest group here, it is an amazing 2-day stay here, the manaer Andreas and his family were very kind and the room has great view, near train so it is convenient to go other places, I hope to visit Schladming again and meet Andreas again soon!

The apartment is very clean, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Nice and homey design, great location. Very well maintained. Beautiful garden, well equipped kitchen.

Really nice place to stay in.

Very nice apartment, new and fresh and very good with access to the garden. The summer card that was included was really good and we used it a lot.

Amazing stay! Will definitely come again

Amazing stay!! Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, and fully equipped. Very friendly hosts. Beautiful views. Short walk to the supermarket, five minute drive to the center of town. We would definitely come again!

We miss it already.

Rocks Schladming is an absolutely stunning property. We could tell it was beautiful by the pictures...but we were happily surprised by how beautiful and homey the place is in person. Clean, bright, modern...it felt like a home away from home. And for us it was in the best location: 5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from town, and set in a quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable beds, homey atmosphere. Andreas is an excellent host. I requested bikes with a child seat. Andreas went out and bought them, then took them to a bike shop to calibrate the bike gears. At first he told me we owed 10 euros per day per person for the bikes, but when I brought him cash for the local taxes and the bikes, he said, "Don't worry about the bikes. You're my guest." And wouldn't take the bike rent!! With Andreas, you're in good hands. I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere else, though I'm obviously biased.

I do recumbent this palace to stay

All services were perfect. The apartment was big and clear, fully equipped with all needed stuff. The ski depo box near the ski lift was booked for the hotel guests in advance. It was super clever.

Rocks Schladming realy Rocks, it is one of the best locations we ever visited. Kind and friendly Andreas, excelent appartment with great view . Slopes nearby. We recommend this stay to everyone, and we will be back many times.

Super service for a slightly higher price. Absolute satisfaction.

Clear communication with appartment owner, welcome bottle of wine, clean apartment incl. WC and bathroom, very well equipped modern kitchen, TV with Netflix, very fast internet connection, quiet and peaceful environment, plenty of parking spaces.

Non-functional heating in one of the rooms.

Top apartment tastefully furnished.

Excellent property owned by very sympatic couple, decorated with taste and style. Lot of extra accessories, spacious room , living room , kitchen and bathroom, extremely nice teraces. TOP!

Outstanding property, perfectly designed, super-nice host! Everything from tables and chairs, to doors and beds feels like from an interior design magazine. Plus, it has a patio in the garden, perfect for breakfast in the sun!! This property truly rocks!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment

Great apartment - looks like it must be new!! Loved having the retractable blackout shades for our young child. Had everything we needed in the two bedroom apartment. So nice to relax on the sofa with TV in the evening - Netflix, etc included!

Only a minor thing - a microwave to reheat leftovers would’ve been nice, but not necessary. And maybe including few more coffee capsules (1 per bedroom per night?)

We are very happy with this apparment and our hosts. As a welcome we got wine, jam and chocolates. Thank you :) Apartment is completely new, very clean, with nice details and decoration. Kitchen is very well equipped with best devices (wmf, tefal) so you can cook whatever you want. Bathroom looks great and badrooms have comfortamle beds. The whole apparment is very cosy and we enjoyes spendig our time here. We warmly recommend this place!
