Great Location: It’s an easy, straightforward bus ride to both the main station and the shopping district.
Spacious & Secure: The apartment itself is quite large and felt very safe and secure.
Well-Equipped: It came with lots of useful amenities.
Good Communication: The host was very responsive whenever we reached out with a request.
Dated Appearance: While the listing pictures made the place look modern, it is actually a fairly old apartment.
Cleanliness Issues: The main bedroom had a musty smell, and the entire place could really benefit from a deep clean. We also noticed some black stains/mould on the shower head.
Complicated Check-in: The registration process was quite long and became a bit confusing.

Although this house is marketed for people with infants and children these rooms beyond exceptional. Thoughtful designed and spacious, three bedroom, kitchen, living room, dress rooms+ shower and a notebook with local cafes and restaurant.
The two children room have an AC controlled by one remote with the parent room having a separate AC.
Plenty of extra futons ontop of the three beds, kirb, and sofa bed.
Provided many towels, ice tray, toothbrushes, and showering supplies.
Outside and inside the room and building are buetifully cleaning, this building is an 11/10
I'd wish the kid's room ACs were controlled independently.

Picked this for its location near friends/family but it is also a good location in general -- grocery store next door, 15 min walk to Hiroshima Station, not far from major sights, super easy walk to baseball stadium. It is in a neighborhood, not a tourist area, so it is easy to get into local restaurants with no wait, unlike by the station. Also the price is very reasonable. Ample clean bedding and towels provided. And there's a lot of beds if you have a lot of people. Having a tatami room is nice.
Overall the unit was pretty tired. The sofa was saggy, the beds were not comfortable, there's no dining table, and there were a number of minor things that were just a bit off that could be fixed easily if someone paid more attention to all the details, like a cabinet knob was falling off and rusty, the blinds were crooked, and there was no kitchen knife.
