Location amazing, super comfy beds

Ground floors were very dirty, fridge was dirty too. Toaster full of crumbs. Wood for fire was rotten and crumbled. Heating wasn't working andvin day 2 there was no hot water. A leak from velux meant there was a bowlbof water on the stairs, during the night the keak started from a differntvl place and the kitchen floor was wet. Such a shame to have no correspondence after i messaged the owner and booking.com. will notbuse this site again to book anything. Such a shame as the cottage is stunning and we made the best of it. They could benefit from a welcome folder with details in as didnt find a number till we wrote in the comment book.

Beautiful location, comfortable cottage and helpful staff. Highly recommend the pub at Tregaron Y Talbot, delicious food and prices reasonable but book first. A must visit is Cors Caron for a pleasant 3 mile walk and Strata Florida Abbey.

Could do with leaving a few more cleaning items, for example a hoover, to allow us to clean during the week. Maybe a Welcome pack.

Beautiful location. Kitchen equipment good quality and easy to use. Fireplace was clean and ready to use with everything needed on hand. Bedrooms and linens all clean and fresh.

Low water pressure and Wi-Fi slow. However, this is not in hosts control and water was useable and we didn’t choose to go to this location for the Wi-Fi. Hard to find fault.

I liked the location.

The water to the bathrooms stopped working in the afternoon of our second day. It would be wonderful to have the means to make coffee in the morning.
