Bedroom No2 with queen size bed 160cmx200cm. Bedroom No3 with queen size bed 160cmx200cm, a TV and a terrace with a sitting area and amazing views on Split city and Klis. - At the parking level you are entering to the 1st accommodation unit (the main one) and on this level, we have the bedroom area, each air-conditioned. Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 180cmx200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, a large terrace with a lounge corner, and amazing views on the Split city, Ciovo peninsula, and Klis fortress and pool. Bedroom No2 with queen size bed 160cmx200cm. Bedroom No3 with queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, a TV and a terrace with a sitting area and amazing views on Split city and Klis. -The internal staircase takes you down to the ground floor that offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, smart TV, PS3, free WiFi, AC, exit to a pool area, all with opened and panoramic views on Klis village, fortress, and valley. Beautiful property, great hosts and you feel you are in the heart of ‘real’ Croatia. Be prepared to be off the beaten track but if that is what you are looking for you could not pick a better location. The villa is so well designed and comfortable and the view of the valley, the mountains and Klis fortress are spectacular. Split was a €15 ride away off peak, so well accessible, although set pick up at top of road else they can’t find you. Will make sense when you are there. Lastly the pictures in the listing are exactly what it is like in real life!!

The owners of this new villa are lovely and very responsive. We had a really relaxing stay, enjoying the views over Split and the peaceful location. The villa has everything you could possibly need (apart from a toaster!). Plenty of towels, cleaning products and store cupboard basics. All appliances/air-conditioning worked perfectly and the pool was spotlessly clean. The villa is up in the hills above Split and does require you to drive everywhere on some quite small roads. Thank you Antonia for a great stay.

The property was modern and beautiful. It had all the facilities that you would need. The owners Antonia and Pero were fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They provided is with information of the local area and made recommendations of where the best places were to visit in the area. They frequently maintained the pool and watered the outside areas, usually first thing in the morning without disturbing us. One point to note is as the location of the villa is in the hills and therefore you definitely need to have a car to get about. Some of the local roads are narrow and twisty, but the area is very quiet and peaceful. We had a lovely time.
