Gustavo was very helpful. The room was comfortable with heating . The breakfast was very good and the availability of kitchen is helpful. Gustavo was very positive; helped us with info on restaurants, and how to go about town and with the washing of clothes
The bathroom was opposite the room, but, it was private enough.

Very nice welcome and hospitality from Gustavo, unobtrusive and so attentive.
Breakfast was amazing - scrambled eggs prepared by Gustavo. Cereals, toasted bread, cheese, jam, yogurt, milk without lactose .. complete menu
Rooms was very clean with towels and soap. Comfortable bed

Private room, breakfast included, friendly staff!
You enter into a corridor and there isn’t a reception, but strange compared to a usual hostal experience! No real common area to relax in with other guests - there is a dining area but not ideal! Private room was opposite the shared kitchen and so can be quite loud until late. Difficult when we were waking up at 4am for activities in Punta Arenas!
