GENERAL LOCATION AND SETTING: Located just three blocks from the west end of downtown Bozeman, Grand Blue is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood. With off-street parking available the home is conveniently located near a variety of amenities including a brewery, distillery, bars, and restaurants that are all within a one mile walk. BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: This home offers three bedrooms and one bath. The first bedroom is situated on the ground floor, complete with a queen-sized bed. The full bathroom is located adjacent to the bedroom. Upstairs are two cozy loft-style bedrooms including a queen-sized bed and a twin. KITCHEN: Grand Blue's updated kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals. With new stainless steel appliances, spacious granite countertops, and ample storage space, you'll find everything you need to create delicious meals. LIVING ROOM: The living room is thoughtfully designed, blending seamlessly with the dining room to provide plenty of seating for relaxation while enjoying TV and movies on the large LED TV. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The large deck and expansive outdoor space at Grand Blue allow you to take advantage of Montana's delightful summer weather. Whether you prefer the covered front porch for a quiet moment or the large backyard patio for grilling and outdoor dining, this home has plenty of options to choose from. ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Grand Blue is within easy reach of all downtown Bozeman's amenities including restaurants, shops, and parks. Beall Park is just a short walk away and nearby trailheads provide access to Montana's breathtaking natural beauty. In the winter you can enjoy cross-country skiing trails within ten miles of the home or take a short 17 mile drive to Bridger Bowl. Note: Please be aware that there is ongoing construction in the area which may result in noise during working hours.

We truly enjoyed the home. It was missing some essentials that we had to purchase, like toilet paper, barbecue utensils, garbage bags, there where other odds and ends that needed taking care of. When I mentioned this to the owner, she apologized for the inconvenience and offered a free night's stay if we come back.
Pleasant folks to deal at Mountain Homes. Could be a bit more buttoned up about the details.
Would indefinably stay in their properties again.

Even with construction nearby, this was the perfect place to enjoy Bozeman. It's walking distance to all the great shops and eateries downtown, close to MSU, and perfectly located for day trips. The house itself is loaded with amenities, making it a cozy, charming and practical home away from home.

Great house that had everything we needed and more - the kitchen is stocked well beyond any rental house we have ever stayed at. Within walking distance to downtown Bozeman. Only hassle was the construction of the apartment building next door...but this is a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay again!

Two of my daughters and I stayed for three nights to finalize wedding plans for one of them. The location was perfect for us to accomplish our list and enjoy all that downtown Bozeman has to offer. Great place!

Great place.great location...but in Montana, I would have assumed shovels and brooms would be part of the rental. There was no way to clear sidewalks and we had to "push" the foot of snow with our legs to get out of driveway.

Overall, we spent a terrific long weekend in Bozeman and enjoyed the property... even though the visit took place in March. The property was well appointed with an impressive array of high-end appliances, tastefully decorated and with plenty of room for three adults. The management company was very professional with ample communications prior to our stay and upon our departure. That being said, I had two mild annoyances; neither had anything to do with (and had no reflection on) the property itself. First was the construction surrounding the property, resulting in noise even during the weekend, and street closures that prevented us from taking advantage of the property's available off-street parking. Again, the annoyance was only mild as we were able to find on street parking close by. The second was the management company's requirement to either place a $3,000 charge on my credit card as a damage allowance, or pay an additional $75 for insurance, without disclosing this condition upfront (i.e., before I booked the property). While I may have just missed it in the VRBO description, had I known about this before making the reservation, I may have thought twice. Again, both annoyances had nothing to do with the property itself. Overall, a great property with a terrific location. Had the sidewalks not been so treacherous (i.e., caked in ice), we would have had no problem walking to Main Street.
