Good

Good location. Short walk to everything. Nice balcony with water views. Air con which was needed.

Staff didn't feel it necessary to hide their disapproval when I confirmed the matrimonial room for me (he/him) and my boyfriend.

I don’t recommend this place. A lot of money for very little.

Not much. Room was clean and location close to Malecon

Staff was young and poorly attentive. Would not call for a taxi when we were stuck at the airport. Told us “to start walking”.

Great value for money.

Fabulous location, spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower and a different breakfast each morning for a 7 night stay!

great stay, great place. staff need to be more available

location is excellent! right near the water. rooms are decent size. staff were super friendly, if you can find them.

no staff around. had to wait 30 min to check in cause there was no one on the property. very nice when they are around though.

In need of attention

Free water, comfortable bed, balcony, TV, fridge, Aircon and location. The hotel discounted our rate as they couldn't process credit or debit cards at the time.

Room was in need of decoration, sea view is 'partial' and mostly obscured by old buildings, insulation not great so noisy from outside and shower cubicle poor

I booked a room with sea view .only when I complained did he give me a small amount back . But it's not about tge money . Didn't get tge room I booked but got a box room that was more like a single not double . No bedside cabinet no lamp . No nothing . A view of the wall . NO INTERNET . Could do with a good paint . The napkins and everything had the logo . Should spend money on making the guests more comfortable. Not logo . Breakfast was nice .

No Internet. No comfort of any sort in the room . More like a run down hostel

Great location

They made it incredibly difficult to pay by card. It was obvious they were intentionally acting like the card reader didn’t work. The card reader magically worked on our last day when we refused to pay cash

Basic accommodation in a great location

Location is great, close to restaurants and the port/beach/sea lions. Basic accommodation, breakfast was OK, hosts friendly but speak no English. Overall generally OK.

Really could do with a new mattress

Lots to like

Lots to like...a/c, free water, great family, balcony in our room, good location, breakfast included, very helpful.

Dirt here and there, bed very very firm, a/c gets turned off when you are not in the bedroom, lots of stairs. Wifi not useful, but I think it's true everywhere.

Good Hostel in San Cristobal

Good location to use as a base for tours. Breakfast is fairly simple but they are flexible. Rooms are clean and get serviced daily. The guy gave me a lift to the airport which was nice

WiFi was slow but that’s the Galápagos
