The building was exceptionally restored. Lots of history in the area.
The owner was very helpfull. He was present for both check-in and check-out, made suggestions and helped with parking.
City center is about 10-15 min by foot.
Do use the link that the owner is sending you - Google Maps doesn't help if you come by car.
Looks a bit deserted in the night and the streent is really narrow for both pedestrians and cars.
