Location; spaciousness; comfort; friendliness of staff.
We had an extended stay which was great however we thought 25,000 yen was a bit steep for the convenience.

Very quiet rooms and super clean. Great location for our stopover
This is a small thing but the staff were not keen/able to recommend a restaurant outside of the hotel. The concierge said their phone wasn’t able to make outside calls..

This place was absolutely amazing! Our room was huge, beautifully clean and so comfortable, and the toiletries were gorgeous. The staff on reception were incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The spa was just outstanding and easily one of the highlights of our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and would stay again in a heartbeat. A fantastic hotel and one I’d highly recommend!

This property is incredible especially as a transit hotel. Its connection to Terminal 3 is so convenient and any easy inside walk. The hotel is beautifully furnished and the staff are very polite and welcoming. Our room was facing the river and very spacious and well appointed. The room was much better furnished and equipped than other hotels we have stayed in and had couches, easy chairs, excellent toiletries and the linen and beds were very comfortable. The linen was of excellent quality.
The restaurant and bar are quite expensive but still valuable for money.
I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers transiting through Tokyo as it offers superb accommodation at a reasonable price without the need to get a bus or taxi into thru city centre.
