Everything was amazing, we stayed before in a 5 star hotel once in York, but this hotel was times better. The room was huge with a view onto the water. It was extremely clean, with a complementary mini bar with soft drinks, wine, champagne and beer. The location is amazing, 5min walk to the departures/arrivals over the corridor. There are restaurants in the terminal, so you can have decent food as well. Complementary nice SPA. The staff are very professional and friendly. We stayed the last night before traveling. I would recommend it if you arrive late or are tired from the trip. Have one day, then start fresh. Can also see if they can forward your luggage to the next hotel (usually takes one to two days, within Tokyo - probably one day).

Extremely clean and comfortable. It was fantastic being in the airport the morning we were flying out. The breakfast was very delicious. The staff were all very nice and helpful.
It was expensive for a one night stay.

Staff was extremely helpful. The luggage forwarded was kept in a closet until our arrival!!! Great service.
The location and easy access to all forms of transportation is excellent. Will consider this as a central point on our next visit.

Everything about this place was exceptional. The highlight is definitely the Spa with hot springs and saunas, great to arrive and relax. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Also the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The food in the restaurant was also delicious. Highly recommend the place and would come back any time.
