There are no neighbors in the direct back of the house just beautiful palm trees and lots of butterflies from the flowers. The outside is completely protected by the Lanai, which lets you to stay bug free while taking a dip in the pool or when watching your favorite show on the new outside smart TV all while using the new BBQ Grill.
