Close by is the Deerfield fishing pier. Walk to beach and walk to area restaurants and shopping. The home is always professionally maintained and cleaned, and includes a local Host to help you enjoy your vacation. The family room has sliding glass doors facing East which open onto a patio with Bahama style seating and a fire pit. Enjoy golf, surfing, tennis, shopping, swimming, diving, snorkeling, boating, sightseeing, and travel to Miami Beach - one hour away! Easy access to everything via I-95 and Turnpike. Visit Disney, then come here to relax and rejuvenate. Split bedroom plan - two bedrooms are on 1st floor, and the master is on the 2nd floor. There is a pull out queen sleeper couch if you need extra sleeping.

Location is awesome. the house has plenty of towels and extras. ( Beach chairs, umbrella, etc. the private pool was clean and refreshing.

Location, Location, Location... we loved this place! It's about 200 yards from the beach access (just across the road) and is walking distance to several great restaurants, Gumbo Limbo (sea turtle sanctuary / aquarium), Silver Palm Park and so many other things! Vance (a great host) has beach chairs waiting for you outside the front door and a saltwater pool outside the back. Before you get to the pool, there's a small section of fenced yard that's perfect for hanging out with the dog while having your morning coffee. The inside is clean with comfortable beds, laundry machines and 2.5 bathrooms - really nice when you have six people! It's relatively close driving to good snorkeling and a thousand other activities - have fun exploring!

Plenty of room for everyone. The host was responsive and helpful. The house isn't well organized, wasn't all that clean (went and bought my own cleaning products), The location is great. The front door didn't lock after day 2 (I'll own I didn't tell the host). The host was great about my local daughter staying there with her Fremchie so she could be with family. The pool was clean but weird as other reviews described. It's in the Host's backyard and so you feel like your intruding a bit. Again great location and responsive host, very accommodating, but hard to look past the cleanliness and the way the pool is situated. It woukd be a great spring break house for college students.

Thank goodness for the prime location because this townhome was so poorly kept up that it reminded me of a fraternity house. The downstairs bedrooms were too crowded with multiple sized beds, dressers with broken drawers, dust & dirt everywhere, mold in the shower. There were no toiletries, paper towels, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper, dish soap, etc.. The upstairs balcony was filthy. The pool photos are deceiving - it's not really behind the townhouse; it's outside the owners' house which is very strange. Luckily we had good weather and spent most days at the beach.
