This is a two story villa with the kitchen, dining area and living room all located downstairs with an open floor plan that's perfect for gathering. The living room does have a sleeper sofa to allow 2 more people to sleep. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King bed and the second bedroom also has a King bed. Both bedrooms each have their own private bath. This unit is close to historic, downtown Fernandina, with its diverse restaurants, shops, and galleries. This beach getaway is a relaxing vista to escape to and a great place to make memories with family and friends!

This was a much needed vacation for us and our dog. We had rented this unit before and once again found it to be clean, well stocked and comfortable. It is in a great location and has a beautiful view of the golf course. We have rented condos in various locations over the years and must say that Luxury Rentals is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. Marci and everyone that works there are wonderful. Thank you.

The property was as described. It was spacious with a great view. We loved all the walking trails. I would have preferred to be closer to the beach. The property was the furthest south we had ever stayed on the island, so it was fun to explore new places.
