Great staff who were able to help with a late check-in after I hadn't received the email with check-in information (very poor service on 3G in the entire country) and the room was toasty when we finally got in!
I had booked a double room, expecting a double bed, but got a twin room instead. A bit odd for foreigners and not my preference but it was thankfully warm enough that my husband had to endure my cold feet on his legs ha ha.

We were looking for a place for overnight stay, in our way. We booked it online upon our arrival but we did not receive the entrance code and other information on my mail, immediately . But when I called the number on the entrance door they gave me all instructions to take the keys of the box and that was straightforward. For one night stay, I would say it is fine, due to its lower price compared to other places.
There was a loud noise from the walls, I think because of the heating pumps inside the wall, and we could not sleep at all. Next door room has the same issue and I think he finally found the source of noise and maybe turned off the heating because the noise disappeared for the rest of the night. Some reviews mentioned that walls are quite thin and you can hear whenever someone walks through the corridor.
