The location is excellent. Very quiet and private, with an easy access to a very nice beach and with options to eat nearby. Easy to park. They left orange juice, water and some food for breakfast in the kitchen. It truly felt like home.
Some of the plates and cutlery could have been cleaner. Other than that no issues at all.

The overall setting of the apartment with the views over the bay were good and is close to an attractive beach
The apartment is tired and needs updating, it reflects Greece from 25 years ago. The kitchen was not well stocked, none of the crockery matched (even cup with saucer) , we had insufficient knives and no tray to take items out to the patio. We had a number of things that broke including the patio bench and one of the bulbs in the bathroom, this highlighted that the electrics needed attention. We also had to turn the hot water heater off from the fuse box. We were also disappointed that there were no local shops eg mini-market or bakery. This meant we had a 25 minute drive to Adamas for supplies, this included basics like bottled water. The owners did appear to be upgrading some of the apartments, but our view from the outside suggested this could be focused on "luxury items" that would justify a premium price but get little use (eg a hot tub, hammock) and not the basics.
