Luxury Condo with Kitchen at Honua Kai - Resort Right On the Beach with Pools!
Honua Kai is a luxury resort located right on Ka'anapali Beach. It's a beautiful 4-star resort and has received the AAA Four Diamond designation. The accommodations here also feel much more like a luxury home than a traditional hotel room, especially with the separate bedroom, living area, and full kitchen.
The space
How are we different?
1) GREAT SERVICE - First thing's first. We believe in great service and will take care of you. This condo is our baby and we care for our guests who take the time to come out and visit her. From the booking process to your checkout, you can expect quick and prompt communication and we will treat you with respect and care. If there is ever a problem, we will make sure to take care of them in a quick and professional manner should they arise.
2) GREAT BALCONY SPACE - Honua Kai is in my opinion Maui's best resort with tons of pools and activities and an amazing location. But lots of people know that. If you have ever stayed at Honua Kai, then you know that the pool and resort area get pretty noisy. This particular unit is on the 2nd floor right above the entrance of the resort making it easy to get in and out of the unit. The 2nd floor units in this resort are the only ones that have access to a large wraparound Lanai (balcony). While it is shared, it still maintains a nice privacy and gives a TON of space compared to other lanais on higher floors.
3) TOWEL SERVICE - I would venture to guess that 75%+ of Honua Kai listings are not signed up for the official towel service provided by the resort. It's a separate feature that owners have to pay for. That means that every time you go down to the pools or beach, you will have to take the few towels that most units provide you. Then you will have to lug them back up and wash them. Imagine doing that everyday! With our unit, you are automatically enrolled in the official resort towel program that allows you to get fresh towels at the pool, and simply return them at the many lockers once you're done. No mess. No washing. No work. You're on vacation!
4) GREAT VALUE - Since we are new owners, we are eager to share our beautiful space with you! We have decided to offer introductory specials as our way of saying Mahalo for choosing our unit!
5) FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN - In our fully stocked kitchen, we have put high quality utensils, cookware, glass ware, serving ware, and appliances. Plus a Vitamix blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, and kettle. Everything you could need to cook all types of meals!
6) ALOHA WELCOME PACKAGE - After a long flight, the last thing you want to do is have to go to the store on the day you arrive. No worries! We'll have starter supplies including soaps and shampoo as well as soaps and detergents. This will last you a day or two so you don't have to rush to the store on your first day.
Our goal is for our guests to 'Live Aloha' while they are our guests. Whether it's just another trip to Maui or the only trip you'll ever take to Maui, our mission is to make it special. This particular 1 bedroom unit is in the Hokulani tower unit 232.
This unit comes furnished. Interior appointments include:
-King Size Bed
-Stained solid core wood paneled entry door.
-Solid core interior doors.
-Wood base boards, window trim and door casings throughout.
-Tile flooring in entry way, kitchen and bathroom.
-Wood cabinetry in kitchen and bathroom.
-Stainless Steel Bosch appliances.
-Granite slab countertops in kitchen
-Granite countertops in bathroom.
-Crown Moulding in the living area.
-Ceiling fan in living area, as well as, air conditioning
-Large custom glass doors to lanai to maximize views and natural light.
-Washer and Dryer in the unit.(we provide a starter detergent pods pack)
The bellmen are all real good guys that work hard that are ready to assist you with your luggage up to the unit.

We will accommodate early check-in or late check outs when the schedule allows at a small fee. Again, when the schedule allows. We understand that many flights arrive late morning and that many flights depart late at night. We were regulars on that red eye to San Francisco, so we get it.

This was the best rental experience we've had and it's not even close. Communication leading up and throughout our vacation was great! We loved the amenities that included beach toys and a large cooler tote which we used everyday. The water slide was a hit and my son went down probably 100 times. On site Duke's restaurant and coffee shop was clutch and we went everyday. We were able to pack light because of the in unit washer and dryer which was super convenient. Directions at check out were simple and concise. This was a reminder of the benefits of a rental property vs a hotel. When we're back in Maui, we'll definitely be looking to stay here again.

We only got to stay in this condo for one night, but wish it could have been longer! It was perfectly clean & well equipped. There were clear instructions on how to work everything in the condo. We absolutely loved the patio doors that could be opened up and ate dinner out there looking over the mountains. Only hiccup was that the valet holding our bags gave them to another room and had to go and find them, so we didn’t have bags when we got into our room. Although, this was clearly not an issue for the condo, just a small frustration at the resort.

The property complex is very nice and in a convenient location. Nice property amenities. We appreciated the towel service with the unit. Unfortunately, the service/preparation of the unit was not satisfactory. The pull out coach did not have sheets provided which we didn't realize until bedtime our first night. On the second day I was directed to the owner's closet for sheets but there weren't any, only a duvet cover. We were provided with sheets on day 3. The shower curtain liner had mildew on it, it was replaced on day 3. There was no hot water. On day 3 service technicians "reset" the hot water heater which provided hot water for one day but then it was back to lukewarm water by the next day. The dryer takes hours to dry one load, on any of the settings. It seems that the sensors don't work in the dryer as it kept stopping. Finally, we were not given enough toilet paper. We only had two adults in a room that sleeps 4 and we ran out on day 5. I was advised that they only provide a starting amount of toilet paper and we would need to replenish ourselves. I wish this would of been clear as I would of brought some, especially given the small market on property doesn't sell it. We had to travel off property to buy more.
