Not far from the highway - we arrived late and had to head out early - very quick to get back on road again
Heat, the fan was not enough after a +38 day and the conditioner was not working. Maybe the fan could help if the room had a bigger window, but the window is tiny and one wouldn't want to keep it wide-open anyways for privacy from neighbours walking past. When I asked the owners for a discount due to this, none was offered.
Based on pictures we expected fridge and microwave in the room, but there was none
Also some water issue on that day - there was no water for a while in the evening, had to wait to past midnight for a shower. And in the morning the water was grey, like bringing some earth along.
Thankfully booking.com managed to arrange a refund after.

Good location near A10. Not expensive. Plenty of free parking. Bed clean & very comfortable.
Walls very thin, room not well sound proofed. Very cramped. Dangerous step down from shower room. Constantly needed to avoid bumping into bunk & tv, which was badly positioned. Able to hear other guests snoring & talking, from adjoining rooms & outside. Smokers encouraged to talk outside upstairs rooms by ashtrays on walkway.
Not really suitable for elderly or very young children.
