These are the newest addition to our 5 star rated riverfront home Listing # 907570 which is perfect for families or large groups. We also have two other cabins available for rent. Please contact owner for pre-approval for a pet stay. Pets must be approved prior to booking and additional fees will apply. This 600 square foot cabin will have an open floor plan with all high quality furnishings as well as many unique decorations taken directly from the family farm. The cabin will have two queen size beds and give you plenty of room for sitting back and enjoying the views. A spacious bath with a large step in shower. The kitchen is furnished with a full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and Keurig coffee maker which also has to ability to brew traditional coffee. The kitchen has all dishes, dinnerware, pots and pans. Everything you need for preparing meals. All linens, pillows, towels and basic comforts of one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bath are provided with your rental. Modern conveniences such as flat screen TV with cable, WiFi and heat pump are a few of the amenities for your comfort and relaxation. Breathtaking views and private country setting are all waiting for you to visit Don's Den at The Reserve. This cabin is one of three cabins in a small development here at The Reserve on South Holston. The Reserve on South Holston River is truly a one of a kind property located right on the world famous tailwaters of the South Holston River with over 1 mile of privately owned river frontage. One half mile of the frontage is perfectly groomed for your easy access and provides a private boat launch. There is plenty of room for relaxing on the river bank or wading the waters. This is a unique opportunity to stay right on the river and have world class fly fishing right in your back door. We offer a walking path for your direct access to the river or you have the ability to drive right down on the river bank with a private entrance for our guest. This property is a unique opportunity to get away for the weekend or a week long vacation and enjoy nature at is finest. We offer guided fishing services by private contractors at an additional charge. Although you can enjoy the ultimate in privacy and relaxation, you are just a short 10 minute drive to the Bristol Motor Speedway. 15 minutes from the historic downtown Bristol which proudly houses the Birthplace of Country Music museum as well as host the Rhythm and Roots Reunion Music Festival held in September every year. The Cherokee National Forest is within 5 miles of the property. Bristol has a large shopping center known as the Pinnacle which contains Bass Pro Shop, Belk and Dick's Sporting Goods as well as lots of other stores for a day of shopping and dining. You will find so much in our area that makes us unique and an amazing place to visit, vacation and just relax.

We arrived at night and were amazed at the views when the sun came up. The pictures on the website don’t do the property justice. My husband enjoyed fishing on the river while I relaxed and read a book on the deck. The cabin was very clean and comfortable with lots of extra touches such as big fluffy towels. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Had a great visit for a few days. The cabin was very cozy and quiet .Very well maintained and comfortable. Gas grill was immaculate. Will definitely try to visit again. The host was great with communication and accommodation. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Cabin was super clean ,kitchen was well equipped,property was groomed well.River views were more than amazing.Great little egg hunt for the boy .I can't say enough good things about this property. We actually wanted to extend our stay because we liked it so much,however they had reservations for other guests coming in .Owners answer text immediately. Just an all around great place.We will definitely be staying again and again. Thanks,Penny

We had stay in the main house a few years back and really enjoyed the property. The cabins were just being started then and this is the 1st time to stay in one. Just a great layout and is a real nice stay. Well insulated as we were just there early Feb. and the temps were down to 19 one night. Cozy! Will definitely return when in the area again.

Betty and Dan couldn't have been nicer. The cabin was super nice and clean. The setting was fantastic and the views were stunning especially early in the morning. Enjoyed it and would definitely love to stay again and recommend it to friends.

Staying at Don’s Den was absolutely wonderful! Mornings out on the deck enjoying the river was a wonderful way to start the day. The cabin had everything we needed. The check out process with Betty could not have been easier. When I come back to the area, I will check availability here first.

We had such a wonderful relaxing long weekend! We were in the area visiting our boys. The cabin is beautiful!! It has everything you need and the decorations were so fitting and the furniture was so comfortable! We stayed on the porch most of the time! The views are great and so peaceful!! Mountains and the River! So relaxing plus you can fish. We grilled out on the porch for suppers with the kids. Thanks Betty for the wonderful stay!!!

We stayed 3 nights at Dons cabin. The property is along the South Holston River and all the cabins overlook the river which is 100 yards or so down the bluff. A path leads you down. The site is quiet and the views are beautiful. Very peaceful and an idyllic retreat. All services are in Bristol about 20 minutes away over country roads. Dons cabin is a very nicely decorated one room cabin. It has a very nice bath and a beautiful covered porch to view the river, the evening and watch the fire flies and smokey mountain mist. This is quite simply a 5+ location and cabin.

Just overall amazing view and stay. It was nice to have access to the river right out the back (just be ready for a climb back :-) ) Really close to the lodge for fishing trips too. It was also really nice to have a group of people that rented all the properties so we could all hang out at the big house. All-in-all couldn't recommend this place more.

From beginning to end our stay was excellent. Just secluded enough. The property sits on a wonderful trout stream. With great wading access. The cabin was very clean and perfect size. The kitchen area is functional and tidy. The covered porch area perfect size with a great view. You have the option of a gas grill or smoker. Lots of thought has gone into these cabins that appear simple from the exterior. Looking for great get away don’t hesitate. Being pet friendly is a bonus. Just be respectful.

Had a blast with my friends doing some fishing on the Holston and Watauga rivers. The fishing out back behind the cabin can be technical but we caught a good number of fish there. Cabin was clean and updated. Highly recommend.

Great place to relax and enjoy the peace and quite. Only the sounds of the river and nature. And the views are great. Cabin is new so condition is excellent. Well stocked with everything you need. Beds are comfy. TV and wifi are good. Over all, a good experience.
