Situated in Raglan, this attractive house for $118 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Newly refurbished one level home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom situated in the heart of Whale Bay, a mere 2 min walk to Raglan's famous surf meca. Spacious entertainer for extended families/friends alike. Fully enclosed property designed with ease to access roof top with large deck to immerse the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Wet room/bathroom which is ideal for the passionate surfers who can come straight in from the surf, accessing from outside. 4th bedroom has been set up with 4 single beds which have 2 trundler pull out beds (ideal for kids), large bedroom easily accommodating "kids hang out" area. French doors galore enhancing indoor/outdoor flow (7 in total). Smart TV (no sky or freeview channels, to access tv you must have an account, ie Netflix/Utube etc) and bluetooth speaker provided. We would prefer to accommodate mature guests 35+ years and over, families and/or extended friends. Please note we do not accommodate hens/stage or any form of party type guests, in respect of neighbours. Linen Fee: Your quotation is based on full occupancy of 12 guests @ $25/person/stay, however this will depend entirely on number of guests ie 4 guests totals = $100/stay, linen fee is optional, please state on your request if you wish to have linens supplied, or not. Please note the following: 2 night minimum stay 3 night minimum stay over Easter and Labour weekends 5 night minimum stay over New Year period (tariff rate over this peak time is based on full occupancy), please enquire within * Not a party house, please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, respecting thy neighbours (Terms of Conditions will be sent when submitting your enquiry). Please note: As of 1st April 2024, "Goods and Service Tax" (gst) has been incorporated into your pricing. The "host" fee equates to both cleaning fee and linen fee (linen fee is based on full occupancy of 6 guests). If fewer than 6 guests I will adjust your quotation accordingly, based on number of guests which will show in your quotation.

Our stay was lovely & the house was perfect in size for our group of friends & kids . The location was great to 😊 Unfortunately the big room with the single beds had an interesting smell to it & there was quite a few cockroaches in that room but no other rooms in the house. One of the smoke alarms went off due to low battery to in early hours of Monday morning . Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend. Had all the facilities and space we required to make everyone’s stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. Julls is a fantastic host , very easy to liaise with & kept us well informed on Raglan & updated on road closures and travel alternatives.

We loved our stay here. Two families of 5 - we had a ball. Easy walk to the beach where there was a popular surf break and good for spectating too! House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to Mt Karioi which provided a spectacular day of hiking. Only a 10 min drive into the town of Raglan. Super spot.

The home was large, open and a delight to stay at. Even though it could get cold, heaters in all the rooms took care of that. Just a cool place to relax in. Close to the surf and quick drive to everywhere.

From the moment we 1st became interested in this property communication with the agent was excellent, regardless of how silly my query. The property itself is amazing, large, comfortable, well appointed, contemporary and ideally located close to the best surf breaks... this is a quiet part of the world, but with a sense of community . ...we absolutely loved this properly...5 stars
