TERMS AND CONDITIONS Reservation Policy: - At the time of reservation 50% Deposit of whole stay. - The 50% remaining will be charged 10 days prior of arrival day.- Reservation holder must be over 25 and stay at the resort. - All changes will have a $25.00 fee. - No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date. - Changes of Holiday reservation will have a penalty of $150.00. Cancellation Policy - Cancellation more than 11 days prior to scheduled arrival date full amount minus $150 Cancellation Fee. - The remaining 50% must be paid through VRBO 15 days prior to arrival day. - Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid for the reservation, but no refund of the VRBO service fee. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% (but no VRBO service fee refund).
