Very Clean , good room , food , pool area
The property does not have the facility of giving you the iron and iron board in the room like most hotels do . To be fair they have the facility that they have the laundry and offer the service of ironing ( at a cost ) .

Breakfast was amazing. Staff was amazing too. Hotel was clean. Beds and rooms always clean. We will be back for sure.
The only thing I didn’t like was the additional €25 per night, per extra bed that was opened. I was travelling with two 7-year-old children, so this added quite a significant extra cost to our stay.

The pool is nice and the view for Etna is incredible
When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was unfriendly and we almost left. The pool was supposed to open the next day, but it didn’t, as it was still being filled. There’s no way to get food at the hotel during the day, so we never ended up spending the whole day by the pool.
