It is a beautiful, with a lot of outdoor space around the pool and garden.
Rooms spotless, very comfortable bed and great view of Mount Etna.
Staff wonderful, friendly and helpful.
I thought it was more remote than it was. I could hear the cars from the pool.
You need a car otherwise it is a 15/20 minute walk to restaurants and I would not
walk in the dark there. Bottles in the fridge were not that cold. An ice machine
would really be useful or an honesty bar.

The fresh made eggs were not only delicious but a very nice addition to breakfast. The service was outstanding.
Pool water was chilly, but this can be a personal opinion.
Too bad the three kids did not know how to share a pool without having be told to respect some space for othered.

The view of erupting Etna from the swimming pool and seeing the lava at night. The terrace of our room was very spacious. The staff is really friendly and kind. The cleanliness of the place. Free parking under a tree for shades.
The bed is really hard and electricity disconnects every time you remove the keycard to leave the room, so you can’t charge your devices when being away and the mini fridge turns off as well. Breakfast was overall a bit disappointing.

Very beautiful all over, very nicely finished rooms with taste, absolutely clean.
The room we got this time had no access to pool area and we did not like it this way. Absolutely was not worth the cost of this particular room. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable with lumps could not sleep well.
