Excellent staff and facility - the SPA is incredible and the staff are very knowledgeable. I felt well catered for the whole time I was there, I arrived early due to flight times
It's far from town and the transport network is poor in comparison to other countries. However everything else was excellent with the hotel

New hotel, very chilled, staff were generally very helpful
Unfortunately the air conditioning failed during the evening and they weren't able to fix it till the next morning, so we boiled

Really helpful friendly staff very comfortable beds powerful shower really clean hotel with powerful air conditioning. The spa was lovely. Plenty of choices for breakfast, menu a bit limited for lunch and dinner but still good quality food.
Having to pay use the pool €20 a day ok you get to use the spa all day but sometimes you just want to use the pool . Should be free as the pay high price for the rooms. Not in a very good location if you dont have a car you can get a Uber €16 each way to Catania.

The breakfast, staff and cleanliness were great!
Location, everything is quite old and needs some general maintenance. Shower door was broken and didn’t close.
