Pierluigi is a welcoming host and is always ready to help. The apartment is clean, spacious, and perfectly located - close to the sea, as well as the train and bus stations. The air conditioning works well. The fact that the bathroom is in the hallway didn't bother me, as I had read about it in advance.

The room was spacious and with a balcony.
The bathroom had a defective shower with two shower heads that had no pressure and worked only both at the same time.
We paid to have a room with breakfast included but at the location only one small expresso and croissant was included in that.
No free drinkable water at the property. Only one shared water filter can between the rooms of the location that cost 0.50€ per use.
