The location was great - just a few minutes walk from restaurants and the historical sites of Catania.
Sabina and her assistant were amazing. They couldn’t do enough to help and advise during our stay. The whole contact process pre and post stay was seamless via watsapp. Breakfasts were great, as mentioned by previous visitors the cakes were stunning. The room was clean.
At the moment there is a lot of construction both building and street level locally which is obviously good for the future but the ambience of the area was definitely affected negatively during our stay.
The bed was quite squeaky and the air conditioning was noisy.

Fantastic breakfast and incredibly positive contact with the owner, even if I originally thought this was a classical B&B with some people interaction, not an Airbnb type of B&B.
The location was top and the entire appartement has a lot of charm.
I personally did find the matrass a bit too soft. This said, I do have some back problems so I am sensitive to this topic.

Good location. Host was excellent at communicating via WhatsApp. Garage parking near by. Nice breakfast.
There were some road improvements on the road outside however these did not affect our stay.
