I was a little surprised to see the score for this as I think it should be higher! I really enjoyed my stay here. Great location, nice big room with everything you need. Nice big bathroom. In the centre of town. Silvio went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable! Would definitely return
They just need to invest in some new towels :)

Location
A little noisy. We were on a lower floor. Lots of noise at night from the restaurants and bars

Great location and nice room. Staff very helpful
The bedroom was so bright during the night from outside lighting. The €20 rooftop breakfast was very poor. Cold scrambled egg and very limited choice. The rooftop terrace was closed which would have been a nice thing to enjoy.

The staff here are really friendly and the room and bathroom is extremely spacious. It is very near the Duomo but there are other much nicer places to stay at for the price.
This is definitely not a luxury hotel. It is very overpriced and I still feel robbed. It is extremely outdated and needs refurbishment. Even just a coat of paint will somewhat help to renew the space. The beds and pillows are awful. The windows are not soundproof and you are kept up all night from the parties happening in the restaurants opposite.
