The location is excellent. Facilities and room decor are good but a bit dated. Staff were helpful and very pleasant.
We always had trouble with our keys accessing the apartment. The lock on this apartment (103) needs to be looked into as I am sure less proficient individuals would struggle with the lock.

The best thing about this property is location, its close to everything, and that you could do some cooking if you wish. After the first night i was offered to change to a 1st floor appartment which was way better and I felt much more relaxed.
2 bottles of water in the room and an iron, that was very important for me ( which is also why i picked this propery)
On my arrival i got allocated to stay on the groud floor and it was wayy to specious and did not feel anything cosy, no proper window views and close to the outside door, At night i could not sleep because the the doors kept being slammed loudly by the people coming back in. But thankfully, the next day when i mentioned this, i got offered to move to a different place which was way better and cosier. but one thing i noticed that all the dishes i took were dirty, not properly cleaned. TV was with 2 tv controls and i was showed how to use it yet it never really worked properly for me ( not that i dont know how to use them)
