Giulia was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. She made sure check-in went smoothly, and even helped us find a parking spot despite our late arrival. No small task! The apartment itself was in pristine condition. Highly recommend

The location was perfect! In the very center of Catania, but in a secluded building with pre-reserved parking spot. In few minutes walk you could be in the central square, and is surrounded by a number of restaurants and caffès. Despite being so central, it felt safe as it was double gated which is important for families. What made the experience even nicer was the great contact we had with the property manager Giulia, who was responsive at all times and helped whenever needed with questions or tips.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. There was also a fridge available.
Unfortunately, communication with the host was very poor, which made the experience stressful.
We didn’t receive any instructions for self check-in. When we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait for someone to appear. We sent messages through the booking platform and WhatsApp, and I also tried calling via WhatsApp.
Eventually, a woman showed up and gave us a set of five keys, explaining which ones to use (not how). However, when we returned later, we couldn’t open the garage door (there are 2 locks)
Also, the air-conditioning stopped working during the night.
