The hotel offers a 24h check-in desk and a possibility to store the luggage upon check-out, which was what we were looking for. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and we had maybe the best service we have ever had in Italy provided by the receptionist when checking out. He not only helped us carry our heavy bags into the storage room, but also recommended places to visit in Sicily, gave us tips about getting around, and even guided us to the nearest place where we could buy bus tickets. It was a short but such a lovely stay for us :)
The breakfast could have been a bit better with a bit bigger choice of food, but it was still enough to get the energy to walk around Catania until lunch.

Staff, particularly at reception, were friendly and helpful in trying to find me somewhere to eat.
My room was on the top floor and because of the violent storm which was in progress whilst I was there it was almost impossible to sleep because of the noise of rain and wind on the roof and Velux. Not the hotel's fault just the circumstances.
