Nestled in College Place, this charming house for $291 per night is a great option for your next break. Spagnuolo Loop is a comfortable new home located on a quiet neighborhood street in College Place - just 3 miles from downtown Walla Walla and within walking distance to Walla Walla University. Three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, plus a queen-size sleeper sofa in the TV den for extra guests. Well-appointed kitchen and adjoining dining room with seating for up to 8 guests. Excellent private outdoor space for gathering and BBQ's. Walking distance to Walla Walla University Pet Fee: $100 (2 dog max.) Everything here is just great -- and this house is so well equipped in the kitchen. Plenty of glasses, a huge array of pots and pans. While it was just my husband and myself, you could easily cook for a big group. Helpful suggestions for places to go, and a welcome bottle of really nice, local wine!

We had a wonderful time. The home was just what we wanted. The yard is perfect for dining or just sitting and talking for hours. The neighborhood is amazing. Would recommend it in a heartbeat and stay again. Thank you

We had a great time and it was a very comfortable and well appointed home. Definitely would stay again. It would be nice to let people know that if dining in town, making reservations a day or two ahead of time is recommended. All the restaurants on the house board were completely booked by the time we arrived and we were not able to dine in downtown.

The couches and beds were so comfortable, including the pull out couch. Everything was clean. Kitchen is very well appointed. We only ate at the house for breakfast but it has everything you’d have wanted to make meals. The backyard is lovely.

The house was great! Very clean, the kitchen was very well-stocked and all of the appliances were in good-working order. The backyard patio space is just lovely! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean! We would definitely recommend this house as a great spot for family & friends!

Perfect House
We met friends from Seattle for the weekend. We enjoyed wine a tasting tour and golfing. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. It was a fabulous time.

Great place to stay for wine tasting in Walla Walla. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy. Would note that listing says coffee grinder in kitchen but we couldn’t locate so had to go to store to purchase ground beans but everything else was great.

While this is not a new house as advertised (constructed in 1996) it is well maintained and tastefully appointed. Newer kitchen appliances. Clean. Comfortable furnishings. Good WiFi and cable. There is no TV or DVD player in the den as advertised which significantly limits the use of the den. Functional back yard. When heating system is set at 68 degrees it is much warmer in the upstairs bedrooms making sleeping difficult. Quiet neighborhood. We were two couples and did not bring a dog.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but will not return. The property is overpriced when compared to comps in the area. Also, the property manager did not alert us before or after that a “licensed and bonded” employee entered the locked garage while we were gone where the interior door to the house was unlocked, to move the garbage bin. That should never happen.

Great house for 6 with pets
We had three couples plus our two dogs. The house worked out really well with plenty of room and bathrooms. We did a fair amount of cooking, so the kitchen got a workout. Everything worked. The enclosed backyard was a real hit with the dogs. It was nice being able to park cars in the garage. While not right in Walla Walla, the location was great for wineries south of downtown. It only takes five minutes to be anywhere. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

This is a great little house and the decor is updated and fresh. The location is excellent and within walking distance for events at WWU.
