The beds were comfortable, location at Mishima station is very convenient and the spa on 14th floor is a massive bonus. They allow tattoos to be covered. The view of Mt Fuji from our window would have been perfect if the weather had been better. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is next to the south exit of the station, very convenient for travelers. The facility looks new and very clean. It maybe the best in Mishima. You can see the station and railway from room but there is no noise of trains. The staff are very friendly. The lobby is on the second floor while there are restaurants and coffee shop on the first floor.
When I cannot complain the space of the hotel room which is already good in Japan, I prefer it a little bigger to open luggage easier.

The room was nicely furnished.
The hot springs were not hot. Lukewarm and not real spa water. I could smell chlorine and the water made my skin dry and itchy.
