Comfortable rooms, bed, linen and towels.
Balcony with water view in the distance.
Restaurant not open 2 nights a week. So need to ensure they are open if you want to eat in or have room service.
No shuttle service to Harbour or town. But in summer there was a free bus service down the road.

Nice pool area with comfortable sun beds and the pool was heated. Great balcony with a lovely view.
It was a steep walk into town. I would have like more choice at breakfast.

Overall, there were several aspects of our stay that, in our opinion, did not meet the standards we would expect from a 4-star hotel.
* Breakfast: The breakfast selection and quality were below the expected 4-star standard. A significant portion of the food appeared to be frozen or industrially prepared, while the fruit did not seem particularly fresh. The juices also lacked the quality and freshness we would expect from a hotel of this category.
* Pet facilities: Although we were charged an additional fee for our pet’s stay, we were not provided with even basic amenities such as a water or food bowl. Given that a specific pet fee is charged, we would expect at least these basic facilities to be included.
* Bathroom amenities: The bathroom amenities were not replenished during our stay. More importantly, this was raised with the Front Office, but the amenities were still not refilled afterwards. This was particularly disappointing as the issue had already been brought to the hotel’s attention.
We believe these are relatively simple points that could be improved and would make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience. We hope the feedback will be taken constructively, as these details are important when positioning and delivering a genuine 4-star hospitality experience.
