THIS PROPERTY IS IN SAN PATRICIO MELAQUE, IT IS A VERY LARGE HOUSE DIVIDED IN 2 BUNGALOWS FOR MORE PRIVACY, EACH BUNGALOW HAS HOT WATER, THE BEDROOMS ARE LARGE WITH MARRIAGE BEDS, AIR CONDITIONING, VENTILATOR COMBED TO A PRIVATE , LIKE THE FULL KITCHEN AND SOFA ROOM, THE 2 ROOMS HAVE CABLE TELEVISION, INTERNET WIFI IN ALL THE AREA BOTH INTERIOR AND OUTSIDE, ON THE OUTSIDE IT HAS A PRIVATE ROOFED PARKING FOR THE GUESTS, THE VEHICLES DO NOT THEY STAY OUTSIDE, FROM ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE THE GUESTS WILL ALWAYS BE ON THE PENDING OF THEIR VEHICLES AT ALL TIMES, ALSO COUNT ON A DUTCHER WITH LANDSCAPES AT THE LEVEL OF THE POOL, THE POOL HAS A BOTTLE BAR TO ITS BUTTERFLY AS IF COMFORTABLY SITTED, THE POOL HAS ITS STAIRCASE FOR EASY ACCESS TO ENTER AND EXIT, COVERED BY A VERY WIDE KIND OF CONE TYPE IN WHICH IS THE IDEAL PLACE TO LIVE ACCOMPANIED FROM A LARGER BAR AND ITS PRACTICAL SINK, THE HOUSE ALSO HAS A FULL BATHROOM A FEW STEPS FROM THE POOL FOR COMFORTABLE COMFORT, THE HOUSE HAS A AREA OF CLOSED GARDEN THEY ARE VERY HIGH WAY THAT THE GUESTS ALWAYS MAINTAIN THEIR PRIVACY, IN THE NIGHTS AND IN THE MORNING YOU CAN LISTEN TO THE WAVES OF THE SEA ALREADY HAS AN EXCELLENT LOCATION, THE BEACH IS A BOX, THERE IS A STORE IN THE CORNER FOR EASY ANY NEED, A FRONT PHARMACY, THE HOSPITAL ON A SIDE, THE CHURCH IS TWO BLOCKS LIKE THE MARKET AND THE MAIN CENTER, A VERY PRIVILEGED LOCATION, WITHOUT FORGETTING THAT THERE ARE MANY VERY NEARBY BEACHES, LIKE A BAR MANZANILLO, LA LAGUNA DEL TULE, LA MANZANILLA, EL TAMARINDO, MOUTH OF IGUANAS, TENACATITA, PLAYA GRANDE, TECUAN AND MANY MORE.

We are four retired women and quite enjoyed our stay. On the plus side - property is very large and very private. Wifi and air conditioning work well and showers were hot in two bathrooms but not .The pool was clean and well maintained. While we have no major complaints about the beds - the bed linens and pillows were in very rough shape. Bathrooms were extremely tiny and there was only one working kitchen. Overall the property has good potential but needs some work. Would stay there again.

I have a nice stay for a week, is spacious the outside open area. Nice bugambilias bushes in the patio. The fridge wasn't working that well and be aware of ants. I like the pool and love the palapa! Every bedroom has a bathroom 👍

The description online was not very accurate. The beds were very uncomfortable (that’s an understatement). There was only 1 functioning TV.. The ceiling fans looked like they would fall out of the ceiling if you turned them on. Could use a new coffee maker. Make sure you take your own cooking pans and utensils. The bathrooms were leaking. There was good communication with the owner. Also the location was perfect. Close to everything.
