About this house rental
"Casa del Canta" was born from the renovation of a farmhouse located in the first hilly area of the Langhe, surrounded by hazel groves and vineyards.
It is only a few kilometers from Alba (around 10) and can be easily reached via the A6 and A33 motorways.
It offers guests the opportunity to spend their holidays in an oasis of peace and tranquility immersed in the most evocative landscapes of Piedmont.

Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. Es gibt einen grossen Pool mit 4 Liegestühlen und einem Sonnenschirm, jedoch ohne Aussicht. Die Terrasse ist mit einem Gasgrill und einem Pizzaofen (haben wir nicht gebraucht) und Tisch für 6 Personen ausgerüstet. Alles funktional aber keine architektonische Meisterleistung. Wir waren viel unterwegs, darum war auch alles in für uns.
