We came to visit our daughter who is in the Navy and has not been home in over a year. There were a total of 13 in our family and we had plenty of space for everyone. The house was great for us! We really enjoyed our stay!

While not one of the newest houses in the area, it is in really good shape and everything works, doors close nicely, furniture is comfortable and clean, and just an enjoyable place to live and be with a large group of family. We have stayed in a lot of places through the years, and this is absolutely the most well stocked house we have ever been in. The kitchen has every type of cooking pots and pans, bowls, etc that you could possibly want. Plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, etc. And the kitchen cabinets are labeled so you can readily find what you need, also all the light switches are labeled. Then there are lots of books, dvd's, ping pong, foosball, bicycles, and beach equipment.
Should we ever come back to Va Beach, we would come back here!

We stayed here with 3 adult couples and 3 children. We had a great stay. Everything in the kitchen was labeled along with all the light switches which made life so much easier in a new place. Beds were decent. We really appreciated the sound insulation including solid doors to bedrooms. The master bedroom is very bright in the morning since it faces east. This was ok in the winter but I would want blackout curtains staying there in the summer with early sunrises. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing we were lacking was a citrus juicer. We would happily rent this house again.

The proposal was perfect for our family as we were in town attending a family reunion. The house was perfect had several bedrooms and larger spots for gatherings. The house was well organized and well stocked with everything needed for cooking, etc.

Agai this was the last three to four hours of an amazing time. I plan to come back to this house as soon as we can!

Was a very nice house that had plenty of room for all of us and not a bad view of the beach but we took my elderly mom and she couldn't go many places and the pictures showed the beach very well but they had build a house where we thought she could look at the beach easily from the deck but it was still nice she could see a little of the beach between the houses

Everyone in my family agreed that this is a great beach house. The proximity to the beach is so helpful, especially with a toddler. Features we loved: excellently equipped kitchen, screen porch perfect for dining, and an outdoor shower.

Very comfortable house with lots of space, well stocked kitchen, and the best part: ocean view from the upstairs front rooms and deck. 5 min walk to beach. My family of 5 would definitely stay here again.
